Your license just ran out didn't it? Only beta 2 is available for download now.

          No, unfortunately.

          vBulletin (Owned License)
The owned vBulletin Forum license allows you to run the software on your site indefinitely. Along with this license, you will receive one year of free updates. Beyond the first year, you will have to pay a nominal fee, currently $30, to obtain updates for an additional year.

This license includes free email and forum support. Phone Support is not included in the license price but may be purchased for an additional cost either at the time of initial purchase, or afterwards through the members' area.

When possible security fixes are available to everyone (Announcement). Sometimes fixing a critical bug requires almost every file to be modified by the devs... when that happens you need to renew your download access to be able to download the entire package... ofcourse.

            Example:

Because some people prefer to pay one medium amount up front and then pay small amounts per year than one really large sum up front, and lets face it $30 really is peanuts for most people.

I just want to ask, when your licence does run out, can you still download vB?
Or does it mean to download the older version or current that your running of vB you have to pay $30?

I think you can download all the vBulletin versions that were released prior to your license expiring but you will not get access to new releases until you renew.

                    I maybe wrong though.

We do release patches for stable versions, but not Beta versions.

You will still have access to all versions that were available during the period you had access.

That doesn't apply to beta releases does it though?

                              Beta versions don't count
The beta versions of vBulletin 3 or 3.5 aren't available any more after, since the beta period has ended.
                              Best Regards
