Renewal question

Hi,

I'm using vBulleting for 8 months and i've got to mention that this is one of the very best purchases I have ever made. Thank you Jelsoft for this quality piece of software

From what I've noticed - it seems that the 30$ renewal for owned license includes access to the member's area for one year and includes no support. So, If I want to use the support's ticket system should I pay extra cash ?

Support is included in your original purchase price. The $30 renewal is to maintain access to new versions as they are released.
