    Question

I curently have a phpbb forum and looking for an upgrade. The only problem is I don't know what features VBulletin board has....well the ones I want. Like an arcade option, jobs, upgrade store where users buy upgrades from the points they receive for posting helpful messages, a cash mod etc. I don't like installing all of those upgrades, I just want somthing with the mods already installed. I have my own server so I won't need a host....or does the software only work with certain hosts? Someone please help me I'm lost

    Hey,

Upgrading to vBulletin is wise. They have a list of some fetures from 3.0.8 on their site.
Then you have vBulletin.org for about 600,000 hacks and styles. It is easy to make your own styles and buttons. I reccomend making the move.
You know you can't live without vBulletin!

As long as your server has php, and mysql, vBulletin should work fine.

Vbprotal is a cms that can act like your frontpage or homepage, it is not a forum solution, actually it is a very good cms that I use on one of my websites.
