Ok so I have a question:
How does this vbulletin license work? Do I get a license and then I can download and install one version of vbulletin? Let's say I get a license and put vbulletin on my site, then my site moves... how do I reinstall?

Yes, if you have a leased or owned license you have permission to run one instance of the vBulletin forum software on your web site. Multiple instances require multiple licenses.

You are free to change between hosts, domain names and directories as much as you require. As long as one instance is running. You can edit your members area > license details > to point to the latest, correct, running instance.

You do not have to re-install the software if you move between directories or domain names. You only have to update a few variables.
