Currently vBulletin is not able to integrate with Post Nuke. This would require modifying the code of vBulletin.

No. As noted there are other portals available for vBulletin.

Why would you want to ruin vBulletin by using phpnuke?

Download Impex, spend a few minutes fixing the impex importer to suit whatever generation of phpnuke your using (maily fixing the import table names) and use the clean code non-poluted securely written vbadvanced.

I just converted a site from PNphpbb to vbulletin with no problems. even the user passwords still worked.
