    Register URL with VBulletin

My understanding of VBulletin license agreement is you can install one instance of it on one server/domain. So if I don't host VBulletin board anymore on one URL and moving it to another URL, is that OK? Do I need to inform/register with Jelsoft the new URL for my copy of VBulletin ?

Yes, you can change the domain later as long as you are only running one copy of the software.
