Members area??

Hi!
Is there anyone who can tell me how to get into the members area?
I am a member of this forum but I can't get in to the vBulletin members area, and I am not listed at the members list. How come?

If you purchase vBulletin you get an email with customer details. Those are the details you require in order to log into the members area from where you then can download vBulletin. Licensed members can post support questions on this forum, unlicensed members can ask pre-sales questions.

The login from the forum is not the same as the login for the members area.
