Question about transferring licenses

Hello,

I have a question pertaining to licenses. I've had mine since November of 2003 and I currently do not need it and plan on putting up a contest at yaXay.com for someone to win this license in exchange for a design. Is this allowed or against rules of transfer?

I need an answer to this as quickly as possible so I can start up the contest if im allowed to.

The transfer policy is in the license agreement. If you forums are eligible then this could be done by request. The policy states:

Jelsoft may, in its discretion, allow you to transfer your license to another party, providing the license:
- has not already been transferred in the previous 12 months; and
- was purchased more than 3 months in the past.
