    A 1 hour edit option for the bug tracker

    Hello,

    I'd like a possibility to edit my bug reports during at least one hour after submitting them. I often make spelling mistakes, or need to correct the displaying, or things like that, and I can't edit my reports at all. That's too bad.
    I know devs can edit their reports, I've seen it. So we can't I ?

      I think the reason why is simple: they have yet to get around to programming it in. Keep in mind that the bug tracker is not the nicely designed system that vBulletin is so it's not just a matter of switching permissions. I remember reading somewhere a dev saying that the code is really messy .

              I agree with Lumina.. I noticed that today.. I wanted to delete one reply and edit a bug report but there was no way
              To be or not to be... Where the hell is the question????

                  You really think they've been working much on it? They're coding vB3 instead, like they should be .

                          Traditionally you can't edit bug reports.

                          Look at the other bug systems in place at http://bugzilla.mozilla.org and http://bugs.php.net

                          Neither allow editing of bugs for regular users, its to avoid the situtation of people changing what they said after someone has replied etc.

                              Then make the bug report not editable after one of you guys reply to it
