    Hello there

    how come I am not allowed to post or reply in some forums? like forum 43 tips

    it says if I am a customer blah blah blah, and I do add my customer ID and password and it takes me to update the 3 name list and says all usernames updated but still won't let me post


    whats needed to be done by me?


    also I wanted to post a question might as well put it here now

    whats the different tween vbulletin php and php3? which is better and how can I use either?
