Actually we host our own copy of Bug Genie. The performance issue is the software. There are plans to upgrade it to a newer version which should have performance benefits but it isn't the highest priority in the queue. Trust me when I say that we hate its performance as much as you. Hopefully the developers get some breathing room to upgrade it in the next few months. -
My understanding is the tracker is hosted on a different server, one controlled by the maker of the Bug Genie software. That definitely limits the ability of vBulletin to do anything about its speed, or rather its lack thereof.Leave a comment:

JIRA was way better in load time. Am I the only one who has this experience?
