How it can be that having PAID licenses I have no access AT ALL to updates, support nor anything else without giving you permission to store data about my activities and use it for personalize advertising? This is outrage and hideous. I demand my right to access support and updates I paid for! You have no right do demand from me anything more.

Hello,
I don't see any reason you shouldn't have access to your software. Looking back at your most recent ticket you were advised you needed to create an account security question, as all customers must, before you can access the Member's Area. This is an account security measure.
If you still can't access your software please reply to that ticket, (ticket number ends in 959) and we will be happy to assist you.

You live in the European Union and therefore fall under the jurisdiction of their GDPR laws. Under this law, we are required to obtain your explicit consent before we allow you to access any portion of our sites that might contain personal data. During this, we have to inform you of why we might collect your personal information. As a commercial retail site, we may advertise upcoming products and we track your activity on our sites as does every site on the world wide web.Translations provided by Google.

No you do not have to obtain my explicit consent before you allow me to acces - this is not true. You have to obtain my explicit consent to gather information about my activities and to use it for advertising. Also it is not true that every site does it - every respectable site gives a choice - you do not give it and you do not allow me to access software I PAID FOR. This is outrage. This is not acceptable. This is hidious. I bought licenses, I should have livetime updates and support I paid for, but I DO NOT HAVE IT, even I bought it. You give it for agreement, even it is already paid. I do not want to agree. I demant you clear all data about my activities - also in outside serwers, where you moved it, because my agreement was FORCED to access things I already paid for, It was not my free will. You should stop this hidious practice immediatelly. I hope it is not legal according to RODO. As I understand I already paid for support and updates, you have no right to force me for any additional agreement.Comment

IB wouldn't waste their time or resources creating a GDPR policy unless the law required it. The law does require it. Here's a link to the EU / US Privacy Shield Law so you can stop blaming vBulletin. https://ec.europa.eu/info/sites/info...ide_en.pd_.pdf

The law do not require gathering informations about your activity for advertising. Also the law do not require to move those infrormation outsude UN (to USA servers). FTW? This is outrage. You are telling me that the law requires them to ommit the law? How stupid it sonds?...
vBulletin is the one to blame - they are using hidious practices and they do not allow me to use what I paid for.Comment

If you feel that we are asking for consent for things that aren't needed, you can contact our Data Security Officer as outlined in the stated Privacy Policy. You can review this privacy policy again at this link:
