I Was only veiwing the thread for about 3 minutes

Security tokens only last about an hour. So if you opened a page and tried to submit after that period of time, then you will get errors like this. This is a security feature, not a bug.

I find it's usually to do with leaving a window open and then coming back to it later, due to inactivity. Just refresh your browser and all is well.

Happens on my own site too occasionally.
