You will need to open a ticket by emailing sales@vbulletin.com. Include the username and email address that you want to use. Someone will investigate further.

i gave up trying a couple years ago. i've had one e-mail address in my life....opened my accounts here and there with it....and they wont recognize it as a legit address....after 15 years

Doesn't tell us anything. Not only are all passwords hashed, the passwords on vBulletin.com and vBulletin.org use completely different hashing schemes. So even if we had the capability to view the password hashes (we don't), we wouldn't be able to compare them.

The solution to your problem is the same as above. We cannot handle vBulletin.org registration issues in these forums. You need to send an email to the address above.
