vBulletin 5 import style bug

Hi There,

I found there is one bug when you import existing style xml, you need to import twice to make it work. After some digging I think the problem is in "adminfunctions_template.php"



This will make first attempt import failed, but if you import again, since $changed will be false this time, $styleid didn't get override, xml_import_template_groups($styleid, $product, $arr, !$one_pass); will import template correctly.
