Cannot post in any of the forums

    Dear SIr

I am not able to post in any of the forums. I have recently purchased full version of vB5 Connect (with Mobile) but am not able to post in those sections. I have a number of issues to report and discuss. I have sent a message to the vBulleting Support about those issue.

Please clarify why I am not able to post or reply?

    Regards

    Tariq Maqsood

Hello and thank you for your purchase. Welcome to vBulletin.

To get vB support on these forums please register for Priority Forum Support. To do this, please go here:

...and enter your email address in one of the boxes. You will also have to select the specific forums that you wish to have access at. You'll need to have your customer number and password to access the page.

Once you've done this, it can take about an hour for your profile to update. You can then post in the support forums.

You need to make sure the email address you have signed up to the forums with is the same as the one on your license.

If you no longer have access to the email account on your licence, you'll need to email [email protected] who will be able to assist.

Once the email addresses match, and you've completed my earlier instructions, you should have access after about an hour.

Sorry that is seems protracted, but we need to ensure we are only providing support to licensed customers, plus we also need to protect the security of your account.

FYI, your account now shows as vb5 licensed, so you should be ok.
