Did you receive an email back with a ticket number? If you did not then support did not receive your message. Please try from a different email address or use the online form on this page: http://www.vbulletin.com/en/contacts/

If you did get a ticket number please post it and I will see what is the matter.

Email [email protected] from the email address tied to your account and we can reset your password manually.

Yes, the page is broken at the moment, so you will have to e-mail the support team.

Unable to reset password for members' area

    Hello,

The reset password links being sent out by the members area currently contain a link that does not go anywhere useful.

The links look like https://www.vbulletin.com/en/custome...ID&token=TOKEN (except I’ve obviously removed the id and token for security)

But they then redirect to https://www.vbulletin.com/en/custome...angeforgotten/ which does not provide any way to reset your password – it’s a blank page except for the header, sidebar and footer.

I have copied the link from the email to make sure it’s not getting truncated. I’ve also tried appending the id and token to the redirected URL but that doesn’t do anything either.

Has anyone else experienced this and found a way around?

    Thanks,

    Ollie
