Allow vB4 License Owners to Write in vB5 Support Forums.

Today I've read into the vB5 support forums. I saw a problem, I have a perfect solution for (support seems to give him even incorrect answers).

But I'm not allowed to write there….
So this guy will have his simple to solve problem longer than he had to.

My suggestion is to either close access to vB5 forums for vB4 owners completely or allow us to write there.
