Closing threads

I asked a question of Lynne and before they answered some rude person closed the thread stating Lynne had answered my question several times when there was no answer at all.
If a question is directed at one support person why does another assume authority to close before an answer from the person it is directed to?

No, there are no fees to change the domain name at all.

Yes, there is no charge to:

- move servers using the same domain
- move domains using the same license (provided all files are removed from old domain)

As stated above, there is currently no fee. Or, if you prefer, the fee is currently £0.00.
