Why did my purchase get rejected?

How come my purchase got deleted when I paid the full price waited patiantly and then finally I got the email and it said it was rejected.

Purchases are rejected for two reasons....

1) The information provided triggered anti-fraud detection as such a high rate that it couldn't be approved.

2) The Bank denied the funds transfer.

Neither of which we really have control over. If you want more information you need to send an email to [email protected] with the purchase id.
