Well, if I may, as a guy with little experience here I was thinking the new product would be better and easier than the old..because they would i assume "build" on that two years of development and then add to it
Maybe I dont know what im talking about but this is what I thought
Ive been trying to change my landing page, and a few other small things and havent found the solution yet. I google it and find others want to know the same thing and well looks like ill have to hire someone if noone can tell me but I need to give my request a few days and see
I love vbulletin from a "members" point of veiw its great
There is an inherent flaw in the logic of expecting a 5.0 beta to function at the level of a 4.2 product with two years of development and two years of practical customer use. If you don't want to buy the beta, then don't. You aren't being placed under duress to make the purchase. It seems your real issue is that there isn't any instant gratification in software development. That's not a vBulletin issue nor an Internet Brands issue. From Windows to PlayStation to iPod, all the world's best (or most popular) technology has had myriad trials and tribulations. vBulletin is no different. Any expectation that it should be is unreasonable on face. As is any expectation that the beta version should be free. There is proprietary information involved.Comment
