    Really Disappointment, Maybe I Am wrong?

    In 9/10/2012 4:21 pm i paid $285 for the vbulletin version 4, there was not any notice for the launch o the new version , and hours later 9/11/2012 vbulletin launch new version and version 4 is put out of business,

    NOW SUPORT TELL ME THEY CANT UPGRADE MY ACCOUNT AND I NEED TO PAID the upgrade, THIS IS RIDICULOUSSSSSSS or i am wrong?

        I understand what you're saying. The sale staff only works from 9 am to 5 pm M-F GMT-8. So they cannot respond right now. Please be patient waiting for another response.

          It might have been wise (and probably a good idea going forward) to have set a post with a date and policy for those who purchased VB 4 within the past 60 days. It not only avoids multiple repeat questions but also helps clarify a great deal of confusion. Might want to raise that with the powers that be.
