    No Response from Customer Support

I'm writing while sitting on hold for 47+ minutes trying to get a hold of someone at vB via phone. My emails to support and sales have gone unanswered, as time is of the essense as I need to access the members' area and have been unable to.

Is there any faster way to reach and get a response from Customer Support?

    Thanks!

I think, they have a lot to do today because of the release

I am also waiting for an answer from sale.

Members-Area are slow today, i think there is much traffic.
We just have to wait - i am sure they will handle all requests, it just takes a bit longer these days (i can understand that )
    Greets,

I'm sorry you were on hold for so long. I don't know why but I am also not in the sales office.

For email replies, we had problems with our servers earlier which slowed everything down and caused backup because we couldn't access some systems. We'll catch up as soon as we can. Until that time, please try retrieving your password via this method:

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I think an unavailable email address is associated with the account (I tried using my current email address but didn't get a confirmation email - checked spam folder), so am unable to reset the password or have it emailed to me. Appreciate your help

The email on your account is almost the same as the email on your forum account except it is lou@ instead of what you're using here.

Yes, that is the issue (didn't realize I was using the ***trivia.com domain) - changed it to the lou@****radio.com address - I can no longer receive emails at the ***trivia.com domain. Any way you can help make the change for me so i can access the members section? Need to update my vB tonight

            Sincerely appreciate your help!

What is your open support ticket ID?

Since I can't login to the members area, I am unable to access support of any kind via vbulletin.com

Did send emails both ways a few days ago, but messages sent again. Thank you for your time and assistance, Wayne!
