I cannot access the customer area

Who are these "many" ?

If you hae an issue then use the forgot password form to reset your password.

I already have done that. I dont get any email. My emal is correct. I know my pass is correct too.

You should be logging in with the email address and password on your account. If you do not know these then you need to open a support ticket.
