WYSIWYG editor not showing true WYSIWYG?

Maybe I'm missing a setting or something?

On our site, if you highlight a word in the WYSIWYG editor and click bold, it just puts the BBCODE [ b ] around it, it doesn't show the word in bold. I see here that it is true WYSIWYG.

    Help?
