Why I can't post and reply on other forum topics

When I entered in any forum below I found that

[ You may not post new threads
    You may not post replies
    You may not post attachments
You may not edit your posts ]

What is that mean? Why it is happening with me?

You are not showing up as a licensed customer. Only licensed customers can post in most of the forums.

If you have a vBulletin license make sure the email address you're using here matches the email address of your vBulletin Customer Account.

Users without a license are limited to posting here, Chit Chat, and Pre-sales. This is a community for people who use vBulletin on their sites, so unless you have a license or are posting in pre-sales regarding questions you have before buying a license, there isn't much for you here.

But be sure if you are posting on those forums something related to a vBulletin support question, you will not have a reply unless you are recognize as a licensed customer. All steps to be recognized as a licensed customer are described at https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/show...Download-Files

Why not buy a license for the software and run a nice site and be able to post in just about any public forum in here...
Being a writer, I would think it would be a good thing for you

Is there such thing as adding people to your account? I am not the licensee or original purchaser; just a partner/head forum admin so I can't get support from this account. I do have the customer # and email account. He isn't a forum person (0% knowledge lol) so he assigned me to help him.
Like, can I be added to his account as a partner/ secondary member and be able to get support?

Or is the only way is for me to use his account and just log-in here? Let me know thanks! I could just use his account but that could pose security issues on both our parts.

This is the wrong place for this post.

You'll need to talk to the owner to get support.
