    dodgy nameservers no reverse ptr

    No wonder people are complaining about this site being slow!

    Those PTR records are for MX or email exchange. Those are handled by our email provider which is Google.

      Yea I know a lot of email providers won't accept emails that don't have a reverse ptr, I believe gmail is one. It is the nameserver not responding that is the serious issue, only having one nameserver will slow your site down when it's busy.

        One nameserver is more than capable of handling the queries.

        The reason you have more than one is for resilience, I will however get the NOC to fix the records.

        Edit: They should be correct now.
