JFYI, as part of the last update of vb.com, we turned on the themes.

You should be able to select them in the dropdown, at the bottom left of the page footer.

This feature is still dont work properly for unregistered users.

This is due to server architecture and the fact that guests go through a caching via Varnish. Without changing the server architecture, there is no way to fix this. However, we're okay with some features not being available to unregistered users, at this time.
