I noticed that when I reply (or send) support tickets from my email , I don't get the automatic response (Thank you for posting a support contact request with the vBulletin issue system.) ,
also the support team will say they did not receive the message
But it is ok when using the ticket system, immediately I receive the automatic response and the team staff will reply within reasonable period
Is there any explanation?
