Vbulletin i'm dissapointed, but i'm sure you get that a lot

First off, I log into your main page, where your customers sign in, then follow a link to your forum, where apparently I need to make another account. Are you guys for real?
Second I cant even post in half the forums without paying for support? I wonder what Xenforo's support is like, this is pitifull

You can post in all forums specific to your vBulletin 4 license. You don't need to purchase anything else.
