Editing Privacy Settings Has No Effect

I'm trying to make it so guests here on this site can see the majority of stuff on my profile, such as my last activity and About Me, but changing my settings here has no effect, and I've even tried setting all the settings to "everyone." On any forum, the only things I keep to members only are my identities like Skype; everything else I allow guests to see.

    Here are my settings: http://i.imgur.com/O4Q3IE5.png

This is what guests see: http://i.imgur.com/XraUQus.png

This is what they should see: http://i.imgur.com/sbcqQwe.png

Actually, no, that's not how it works. While you allow everyone to see it, it doesn't override any permissions or configurations that would not allow others to see that content. If guests are not allowed to see that forum, or search, then they wouldn't see some content on your page. Also be aware that there are several layers of guest caching on vBulletin 5 and our site via varnish.

Okay, now I'm able to see stuff on Google Chrome, which I use to check things as a guest. Weird caching method you have there. :P
