I assume the user title is post-dependant. Maybe your posts from the pre-vB5-era weren't taken into account, and you haven't posted enough since the migration to vB5?

Looks like someone fixed it, I am now a senior member meaning I can now apply for my AARP card.

I think the orange bars means number of times you have been banned. (Just kidding!)

The bar is filled based on reputation or, in vB5, based on likes. However, it doesn't take that many likes to get it filled.
