Are notifications working for everyone here ? (since the 5.0.5 update)

After the http://www.vbulletin.com/forum updated to 5.0.5
i noticed that i dont get notigications here http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/privatemessage/index

For example TLMD replyed to the post

and i did not get a notification on the message center that there is a new msg at all.

just a heads up if this is a bug in the new 5.0.5 or something.

You won't get a notification in the case you mentioned above.

You get a notification if for example someone posts in your topic (which isn't the case there), if someone quotes your post (also not the case there) or if someone comments on your post (which I also didn't). I don't know if you get notices, if someone posts in a topic that you subscribed to though. Everthing else needs a request in JIRA, if you want it to be implemented.

BUT... you get a notification about this post, since it was created in one of your topics!

Thanks for the clarification.
I was left convinced that replying to a thread automatically subscribes you to it.

at least that was my initial observation on 5.0.4 and below.

If you want notifications for topics that you didn't create, you need to click the subscribe button. Notifications currently are not set on Quote. There is a JIRA for this here:

I haven't noticed a problem with notifications as they are currently implemented.
