Who is "James"?!

If I visit the following forum

it should say "vBulletin 5 Fragen und Probleme" at the top. However, it tells me I am currently looking at... "James"?!

Why does that happen?

This did help expose a bug that I was tracking down for a while. It deals with the translation of page titles and how they are stored in the language system. Hopefully it should be resolved in the next release.
