That's not a hardware issue.

I can understand the software being faulty still. But how is it still experiencing hardware related issues to the performance? It's been almost a month since the server melted down... an entire month is like a lifetime on the interwebs.
Is there no pride in anyone/thing at Internet Brands? I understand it's not really anyone's fault who posts here, but from the looks of things it's all being enabled by support staff/low level management who put up with such piss poor leadership.Comment

We're painfully aware of these issues. I wish I had an update but I do not at this time. I am sorry for the inconveniences caused.Translations provided by Google.

Come on, it's like very first thing you learn in business school, if you make a mistake, the first thing you do is put together a team and communicate clearly to your customer exactly what will be fixed and when it will be available. I've been around since 2002, before even most of the current support team was here, and you are trying really, really hard to drive me away with this unbelievable reluctance to commit to dates for the fixes.Dennis👍 1Comment
