Refund and being ignored by customer support.

So I asked for a refund seeing as I was not informed of many of the features that where not present in vBulletin 5, or unimplemented and now support is ignoring my tickets (and they seem really good at it too, I guess its a skill theyv developed from experience). Would vBulletin staff like to comment ?

Technical Support doesn't handle Refund Requests. The last ticket on your account was a request for a refund and that is currently with the Sales Manager for disposition. Technical Support would not have any feedback on the issue.

Yes and I am sure it will remain with the Sales Manager for disposition, indefinitely.

Your ticket will be looked at by the sales manager.

It's only March 13. Give it time.

I'm having same issue there. PLUS the software has many bugs i can't even print the time format properly.

I've submit ticket about album storage options page not working and they replied with "The album storage page, I am moderately sure, is a depreciated link and can be safely ignored at this time."

I am sorry? Did i paid for a garbage box? And i didnt mentioned many other bugs that i experienced.

I ended up demading refund from sales manager... gues what happened? they rejected the refund! they're not fixing issues and reject refund?

I've re-mailed to sales manager explained the situation. i will update here.

Probably best to just contact credit card companies.

I could try and debate the payment with PayPal, but seeing as how much vBulletin loves our money, I am sure they have already concreted themselves behind enough protection from giving your money back.

Call your bank and have them issue a Chargeback if you used a credit card.
