After vBulletin Community Forum upgraded from vBulletin 4.2.0 to vBulletin 5.0.0, e-mail notifications of subscribed threads changed.

Previously the title / subject was, "Reply to thread [Thread Name]." However, now it's, "Reply to vBulletin Community Forum."
