    Can the possibility to add negative karma to users here be reenabled ?

                        If vb.com would enable negative reputation then it would have to suffer under the lack of functionality in the reputation system. Since there are no moderation tools or controls, reputation abuse and flame wars is the logical result. I think its about time that vb faces the results from that lack of functionality. Maybe if they see the work flowing from their own fail, they upgrade the reputation system with moderation tools.

                          the main thing i did was comment out any lines in the modcp code that allowed mods to edit or even view left reputation. Mine became obsessed and doubled the server load searching through all the rep all the time. I thought we were being dos-ed at one stage!
