SUG: Create a Forum for VB 3 suggestions

Since so many people are giving suggestions, asking for info about vBulletin 3..0, isn't it time to create a fourm for VB 3 suggestions and discussion?

This would make it easier on the people wanting info and to talk about vb3 developement to have a forum. This would keep vb 2 and 3 suggestions and discussion seperate.

All feature development on v2 has ceased. Any additional releases will be solely bug-fix and/or security-fix releases as necessary.

All suggestions made will be considered for v3. It it is a little confusing but I think we'll wait till we have a beta of v3 out to add more forums.
