All support tickets get a ticketid, not just the ones with responses. This is sent to the email address on the account from which the ticket was filed.
There are also no unanswered tickets in the system right now.
Hmm, let me follow it up on the server - intranet system says it was sent with no reply. I'll update when I find something.
