I cannot post in the "Troubleshooting And Problems" board, and the admin for the board I'm using is a fire and forget sort, not interested in the issues of a handful of Opera users. If I could get an answer and forward it to him, he might implement a fix for us, though...

Yes, but as I am not a vbulletin customer or admin, I do not have a customer number and cannot enter the members area. Hence my question about where a user can post...

Edit: I should note that I've searched, and this appears to be an issue that's been reported before and has not been fixed. Users are periodically unable to maintain "logged in" status, appears that cookies are vanishing or being rendered invalid for some reason.

you'll have to get the admin and/or vB owner of the forum you frequent to take this up on this forum or via the support ticket system... that's the only way

Bummer. Since my admin is pretty much washing his hands, I'm screwed? Almost makes me want to buy a license so I can ask myself. No, wait, maybe it doesn't. Ah well. Anyone know of a gathering place for vbulletin knowledgable folks that is a little more welcoming of ignorant user sorts?

Well you have your admin add your username to his license information and you can then ask your questions.
