    Cookie problems

Ok, I go to log out and it tells me that all cookies have been cleared.
I click on register, to register a new account for my IslamExposed.Com site and it tells me that I am already registered.

What the hell is this? Either cookies are deleted ot they are not! Please fix this STUPID bug!

Try making sure you're set to browse with cookies off in user cp. Then if that doesn't help clear your browser's cookies.

What do cookies have with being a registered user? I'm not able to understand you through your anger. You don't have to re-register once you have registered. All you would do it log in again.

That is what the logout is supposed to do/says it does.

The logout feature sets your userid and password cookies to '0'. It does not delete the cookies nor does it clear anything...

What it does do is log you out. The wording was chosen for its usefulness to the common everyday user. If you have a problem with it you can change the error message in your set of templates. It is not a bug.
