Here at vb and over at infopop I see the same things. People ask questions that are already posted somewhere within the support forums.
The only thing bad with searching support forums is there are tons of junk/noise one has to sort out before finding what they need. And even then there maybe incorrect information in some of the answers.
Perhaps it'd be better to get some of the more common questions/problems into a knowledge base that's searchable and comprehensive?
