Unable to upload images on vbulletin.com from URL

Hi,

I was trying to upload an image on vbulletin.com and it gave me this error. I had faced a similar problem uploading an avatar as well. Please fix this ASAP because such errors on vB.com itself give a bad impression.

Also is it possible to have a button to wrap images with [IMG] tags so that we dont have to upload images on vb.com or manually type the [img] tags around a url ?
