Recent Articles Block

This something that is bothering me for a few days.

The recent article block in forum home..sometimes shows the actual avatar, sometimes shows the default avatar.
right now, Zachery's actual avatar is not showing.

Why's that?

I'm not even sure if it is a vB issue or not since it doesn't happen in my site.
I only noticed it in vB.com; that's why posted in site feedback.
