    More updates for the next version. 4.0.3

    Why do push all the RTL updates to 4.0.4
    You forgot that we are waiting forward to version 4.0.3 ??? (BTW: when it should be released?)

    You do not understand that people like me - who have already installed the update.
    loose Users every day. the users go crazy and do not know how to deal with the RTL problems.
    I - and others that use RTL language losing a lot of users, every day.
    Do you want me to send you statistics to understand the impact of problems of RTL?

    please, push some more updates for the next version. 4.0.3 - not 4.0.4

    Am I wrong?

    They don't care - if they cared they would not have pushed individuals like us into prepurchasing a product that they knew would not work out the gate. Demand a refund and switch to something that works. That's about the best anyone can tell you.

        looks like international support is not on their priority

        asian/non-english admins are less active on this forum then native speakers (because of language barrier), so they can be ignored longer

            As opposed to prior releases, which have indeed been pushed back specifically because of non-English Language-related things.

                Totalt korkad kommentar. Klart att det vore bra att få forumet på Svenska. Med den kostnaden borde man kunna förvänta sig det.

                  I dont think so. If you want a swedish forum software, make your own and have your own swedish support. The guys behind vBulletin software are english speaking persons so we cant demand anything from them related to this.

                      samiro, It is not that easy! bug fixing has its own procedure which involves testing by QA. Which means fixes can be pushed to the next releasing.
                      Keep reporting RTL bugs!
                      while(true){
                      if(
                      $someone->needsHelp() && $i->canHelp()) $post->help();
                      if(
                      $i->findBug()) $post->bug();
                      }

                        As I and others have stated before, it's all about priority. A bug that affects everyone and is serious enough will typically receive a higher priority. That's not to say that RTL bugs aren't important, because they are. It's just that there are more important bugs out there right now.
                        No...No...Meester vBulletin, he no work right.

                          He didn't say devs he was speaking generally. And yes they did push us to pre buy it as they had a silly presale discount that was going to run out before it even came out. They knew it was not going to make existing customers happy but their awesome clever financial department worked out the loss compared to the gain was in their favour. Silly silly silly.

                            I know it's not easy
                            But we report bugs, they are not the most complicated - and finally we get ignored.

                            I found 10 more bugs that did not report them - I'm sick of being ignored.

                            Things about the design that should fix them immediately
                            I'm losing users every day
                            I also follow the bugs, and I see that the support does not move matters

                              You don't get ignored by purpose, they are trying hard to go through bugs, confirming and fixing etc. I have reported few bugs that aren't confirmed yet, but most of them have and got fixed quickly.
