Server problems?

This site and vbulletin,.org are just crawling today. They were both slow yesterday, but today it's taking 1-2 minutes just to open a thread. These are the only sites I'm having a problem with. Everything else is zipping along at it's normal speed.

Actually for me it's just vBulletin.com, .org is fine for me.
I find it wierd as they are both on the same server.

It does seem better now, but there are still some intermitant performance problems on the web server... I'll keep an eye on it.

Did you think that speeding up the server clock would make us think the server was faster? Up to your old tricks again I see...

LOL Yes I see you figured out one of my tricks Actually I'll reset that later tonight when there are less people posting (so things don't get too out of order)

It's pretty bad again. Plus there's a problem when I try to cut-n-paste line 2174 from functions.php. See:
