I don't know why it isn't fixed and marked as not a bug. Except that it may be outside the scope of the current editor to fix it. This is not a vBulletin 4.0 bug, it goes back into the 3.X series. Just the previous layout contained the badly generated code a little better.

While it may have originated in 3.x, it is still a bug in 4.0 - and therefore should be marked as such and fixed.
