Latest Stable Version: 3.8.4 Patch Level 2

Just a little while ago I was getting a site not available message when trying to access the forums. My initial reaction was hmm, they must be updating the forum to vb4.01. Cool!

So short time after that the forums is back up and running, albeit a bit slow. So instead of reading through the forums to avoid the onsaught of "THE IT'S HERE!" threads/post I decide I'll just go straight to the download section and get it.

But instead of seeing Latest Stable Version: 4.01 (or whatever is the next point release) I see Latest Stable Version: 3.8.4 Patch Level 2.

I am missing something or is IB trying to tell us something?

"Latest Stable Version" is the latest that you actually have access to. Sounds like you have an old style and expired owned license and not a vB4 license.

Actually I have the suite, which is why I found it to be a bit funny at the time, but the option is there now. It must have been a glitch or maybe it was part of the reason why the forums was down earlier.

Because vBulletin 4 is set up as a different software it isn't displaying correctly.

Yea, that's what I meant, I'm talking about in the member area. Not the admincp.

It's a technical detail of how our system is set up.
The members area should be fixed shortly and the Admin CP should be fixed with either 4.0.1 or 4.0.2.
                      Best Regards
