We have vb.org Team user titles, that seems to be enough. We are not paid IB staff, so we dont get staff colour or avatars here.

(Tho admittidly, vb.com staff are bolded at vb.org, a slight inconsistancy that dates back to the dim and distant past).
Baby, I was born this way

Yep. It is right there in every post if people need to know.
Just to tell the difference between a member and you guys. I could easily see you guys with a dark blue coloured name that isn't bolded. With a colour coded key for everyone to know who is from vb.org and from vb.com. Many people get the free stuff on vb.org. So you should get recognition.

Yeah which involves clicking on the person's name who you are looking for on the who's online list.

It is listed in the postbit as well. Directly under their name.
